Roasters' Comment

We are so happy to share with you this beautiful coffee from Espirito Santo, in Southeastern part of Brazil.

The producer is Marciano Tomazini, whose name left a great impression on us with their last year's crop for its exquisite acidity and lively flavor which we do not usually associate with the origin.

They exceeded our expectation yet again, going over the bar that's already raised, showing us another new side of what a Brazilian coffee has to offer.

While the juicy fruitiness reminiscent of cassis and orange makes it almost to be mistaken as Kenyan coffee, the sweetness still holds that mildly nutty, signature Brazilian character.

The balance of the flavors are so unique, and it made me think that this is what a Brazilian coffee is originally about, and we just didn't know that.
After all, what we think as typical of something is limited to what we know.

So, "New Brazil", here it comes! It's a limited batch, so grab some while it lasts.
