What you need:

Pour over cone, Paper filter (rinse before use), Burr blade grinder, Pouring kettle, Digital scales, Server, Stopwatch.

12g Grind Coffee (Around EK43: 7 Fine-medium grind)

Water temperature: 92-96 degrees
